SANDRA FETTINGIS
Sandra Fettingis works primarily in multi-media wall sculpture, integrating contemporary design and portraiture. Her current body of work explores patterns, expressed through layering of repetitive design elements. Fettingis’ artwork has lead to commissions and grants, exhibits at such venues as Ai Gallery, Estudiotres and Bridge Art Fair, and media coverage from Chicago Sun Times, Conscious Choice, Art MoCo, Design Milk, Notcot and Artist a Day. She studied at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, ultimately earning a BA in photography from Columbia College Chicago in 2000. Born and raised in Chicago by South American artists, Fettingis currently lives and works in Denver, CO.

KIM FRIEDERS
Kim Frieders is an abstract mixed media artist with a gestural, collage style of painting, punctuated by exuberant colors, rich textures, repetition of organic shapes and dimensional division of space. Her work receives exposure throughout Chicago, with such galleries as Judy A. Saslow, Ai, and Polvo, such festivals as The Artist Project and Around the Coyote, and with such art collectives as Parts and Labor, Infidel Group and ArtBitch. She has coordinated and curated exhibitions, volunteered with a variety of local arts organizations, and sat on committees for Chicago Artist Coalition and Bloomingdale Mural Project. Frieders received a BFA in painting, printmaking and drawing from Millikin University before taking root in Chicago in 2000.
