 ALICJA SLABECKA Alicja Slabecka is a multidisciplinary artist working in painting, photography and sculpture, focusing frequently on figurative and naturalistic themes.  CHIP JONES REZA KHAZENI Reza Khazeni was the special events VP for West Bucktown Neighborhood Association for many years. Chip lives adjacent to the Mural Project and is a freelance Art Director and filmmaker working in several areas of an ever-changing marketing arena. Reza and Chip founded the Bloomingdale Mural Project in the summer of 2004, when they cleaned up the area surrounding the Maplewood viaduct and painted the west wall. In 2006, they began this mural honoring Picasso's Guernica, which was completed in 2007. www.rkhazeni.com |
